The Foundation for Accounting Education (FAE) of the New York State Society of CPAs (NYCPA) is registered
with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional
education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the
acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted
to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website:

Please be aware that NASBA credits are awarded based on whether the events are webcast or in-person, as well as on the number of CPE credits. Check the event registration page to see if NASBA credits are being awarded for the programs you select.
